It is under the car on the passenger side at the rear of the engine. It has a big wire and maybe one or two small wires connected to it. The starter is a motor, round like a big can of pineapple juice in size. It will be connected to the transmission bell housing. Ask a friend or auto shop teacher or a mechanic at Goodyear or a gas station for some help. Don't be shy we all have to learn some how. Get a repair manual for your car before you think about working on it.

Car won't start, battery is good. Could it be the computer or the ignition?

It could be the stater has gone out. If you try to crank it and here a click sound from under the hood that is one indication of a bad starter. Try locating the starter, usually under the hood bolted onto the transmission, it is round with a couple of wires going to it. Try to tap on it with a rubber hammer. This usually frees up the stater and allows it to crank. It is a short term fix though.

Capacitor location

some small AC motors may not have capacitor........normally Blower motors are high speed and high start-up torque just like kitchen blender motors. These motors do not have capacitor although they work on AC domestic supply. They have a stater winding and a rotor winding. Rotor gets its supply from carbon brushes generally located at its bottom. They often get worn out and start sparking. One can easely get them replaced.

Starter motor , is there a fuse for this

There is a starter relay inside the cabin. Fuse box is located on left panel down in driver's footwell . If it is still the original one it will be a light blue square fuse located at the very top of the panel and it will say starter relay.

Is there a plate with 4 bolts under the car that has to be removed?

the starter is kind of hard to get at and you may have to get it out from under the vehicle but it is located at the back of the intake manifold on the drivers side its kinda tucked up under the intake near the trans mission.
