Cannot remove starter from 1995 dodge dakota 5.2 all bolts off, will not disengage from transmission.?

Some of these also have a metal bracket at the back of the starter, if not you need a soft faced hammer and give it a solid whack near the back of the starter to loosen it from the bellhousing.

How to replace windwiper motor bushing?

I'am not sure what you mean by the bushing, but I just repaced the wiper motor in my 95 Dakota.
1-remove wiper arms from the pivots.
2-open the hood
3- remove the crowl. there is a line of screws that need to taken out. set the crowl out of the way.
Don't try to remove the motor without removing the crowl. It just won't work.
4- remove the 3 nuts that hold the motor to the firewall.
5 carefully pull out the motor and wiper linkage.
6- remove the nut that hold the linkage onto the motor and remove the linkage. BE CAREFUL you don't want to drop and loose that nut. There is a flat spot on the shaft between the motor and the linkage where a 6" adjutable wrench etc can be put to hold the shaft when taking off the nut.

Follow the above steps in reverse to reinstall. I did use lock tite to make sure the nut doesn't come off the motor shaft.

Not starting its a 91 dodge dakota.i drove it to the store for about 2 miles.then 10 mins. later .tryed to go to work.....and it would not start.try to jump it off and that did not there a way to...

to check a starter relay you need to remove relay from fuse/relay panel. then with a ohm meter check for continuity between terminal 87a and 30 for continuity. and then check between terminals 87 and 30, there should be no continuity between 87 and 30. you will have continuity between 87a and 30. if this all checks out then check for resistance between 85 and 86. it should read 70-80 ohms. if this all checks out then rig up a jumper wire from positive post on battery to terminal 86 and ground terminal 85. the relay should click. if not then replace it with new relay.

2000 dodge dakota door panel

There are five screws to be removed, two of which are Torx bit. One is in the center of the door panel towards the top. One is behind the door latch handle. One adjacent to the side view mirror, and two along the bottom. There is an access panel along side the door latch handle you need to pop off with a screw driver. It is triangular in shape and about 5 inches long. Once that is removed you will see the door latch linkage to latch handle. Disconnect the linkage by unsnapping the plastic retainer off of the linkag rod and swing it so the rod can be lifted out of the hole. The window crank handle is a *****, you will need a dentist's pick or similar to remove a retaining clip just behind the handle but in front of the panel. The it is just an upward and outward movement on the panel and it should come right out.
