Sounds like you need to replace the indicator stalk, first remove it, clean it up with wd40 clean electric connections & see if it works

My o/d light started flashing, indicator read trans fault. No previous indications, also dipstick reading nothing. diagnostic machine read no code.

your dip stick should read between the marks, add fluid through tube, ask store for correct fluid, the low level will cause overdrive not to work and overheating of transmission, check for leakage.

Flashing yellow light on window wiper stalk - is this a problem?

Not a problem - simply means you're low on washer fluid. Top it up and it'll go away once the car runs for a minute or two and the sensor realizes there's fluid again.

Car drives sluggish in drive.

There are quite a few things that will cause the car to drive "sluggish," so I won't try to tell you all of them without a more specific indication of the problem (does sluggish refer to way the engine runs or the way the car handles, for example), but:
Looking at the car from the front, the dip stick for the transaxle is down very low at the left hand side of the engine, close to being under the battery. It is normally yellow. Follow the large water hose that runs down next to your battery. The yellow dip stick handle is right along side of that hose (to the right of it) down low. It will either pull out or unscrew.
Ordinarily, if the transmission has a problem, your D4 light will start flashing. There is a way to read the codes, given the number of flashes and whether they are long or short, but it's involved. If your D4 starts flashing (beyond just coming on when you put it in gear) you probably should have it checked.
Usually, the way an engine runs has more to do with fuel/air mix or ignition than it does with the transmission. Have you, for example, changed your air filter recently? Your plugs? But there are many other things, as I said.
Hope this helps.

Mini one warning lights

This is the flat tire light. either your tires are low on pressure or the flat tire light button is stuck down. if your tires are low refill to same pressure I usually use 35 psi. then start the car stay parked. depress the flat tire button located either under the ebrake or just to the right of the ebrake. hold for 10 sec. then drive car for 5-10 min do not drive hard. drive on normal roads 25 -35 mph then drive on the highway. If the button is stuck find some kind of electrical cleaner and just keep trying to clean it till it no longer sticks down.
