Question about 1997 Ford Escort
Last month I had 2 spark plug wires burn on a hot part of the motor, so I replaced plugs and wires. The car still did'nt start properly so I replaced the ignition coil. That seemed to have fixed everything for a few days, but now sometimes when I start the car it acts like it wants to die and has power loss for about 2 minutes
Check that the spark plugs are the right type and that the gap is proper.make sure all the plug boots are on correctly.
