Question about 1993 BMW 3 Series
How much should it cost to replace?
1993 BMW 325i
Richard, a 93 BMW 325i has timing chain and not a belt. Unless it has been absolutely neglected in terms of oil changes, the chain should last 2-300k miles

Richard, It will cost more if you take it to a BMW certified mechanic but it is worth every penny. Also i'm not sure if you have an interferance or non-interferance motor but you need to replace it (if it has not already broken) so that it will cost less than having to replace the whole motor.
