no need to replace , Just remove headlite assembly and drain and wype clean and replace, good luck.

behind front plastic grill. Below driver`s front headlite ontop of inner bumper frame. Remove driver`s headlite assembly and look down to the left.

its under the hood on drivers side toward the firewall or possibly under the dash on the drivers side

should be two long rods that hold them in,open hood,look ontop of headlite assembly for two metal rods,turn them a quarter turn and pull them straight up

To change the headlight, you basically have to pop the grill assembly off the front of the trailblazer, then the individual headlight assemblies can be removed to get at the bulb connectors

They make kits that you can use to clean out the headlamp assemblies. If the condensation is building up, the vent tubes on the headlamp assemblies may be clogges. These vents are usually small rubber tubes coming from the back or bottom of the assemblies. Make sure they are clean and free of obstructions

try removing the whole light fixture and reinstalling it...that should do the trick
just try to have it in the position it was in before removing so that you wouldn't have to adjust your light angel or at least make some minor adjustments

It doesn't unscrew. If the knob comes off the stem, it is held on by a metal tab inside the hole in the knob. use a pick to depress the tab and pull it off. Otherwise, there should be a spring-loaded button on the headlight switch that you push to pull the knob stem out.

you change the bulb from inside the engine compartment . raise the hood and feel for a plastic retaining ring in the back of the headlite. Loosen 1/4 turn and bulb socket and old bulb will pull out from the headlite assembly Unplug the old bulb and replace with new one . assemble in reverse order.
