Question about 1999 Dodge Ram
I do have front lights, but no turn signals. There is a ticking noice coming from the blue box in the fuse panel. There are no broken fuses.
Is this a wiring problem, or an electronic problem?
Change the light bulbs then check the wiring. The clicking noise is from the flasher circut it is supposed to do that.
