Question about 1995 Chrysler Cirrus
I had this car for about 5 years and the last 3 was spent on trying to fix it. The problem started with while driving on the highway without any warning it would die. Now that was scary when you're driving 70-75 mph and all of a sudden you have no power because the car just died in the middle of driving. Then, in the beginning it would start back up when I pulled over and tried starting it. But as the time progressed it took longer and longer to wait in order to start it back up, until one day it just didn't want to start at all... and now I'm trying to fix it but everything that I tried has failed. I don't have the money to keep bringing it to the dealer or garage to keep replacing parts and not having it running... I love this car but cannot drive it anymore... please help me. Thank you for any advice that you can give me.
Well first of all , dont bring it to the dealer they will rip you off, now your testament is a telltale description of what happens when you have a faulty crank position sensor, have it checked or replace if necessary. in your vehicle it should be located just behind/upper left corner of the crankshaft pulley, if you decide you cant change it yourself , purchase the piece and bring it to the shop so you just have to pay for the labor
