if v6 engine, then post that, and we an tell which it is. but is bank1 no matter, bank one means side of engine that has #1 cylinder

P0141 Jeep - O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Performance http://engine-codes.com/p0141_jeep.html

the heater is toast, (pun intended)
the heater burned up and open or is shorted.
Or as techs know>
bank 1 sensor 2 , rear , is bad or the wires cut or shorted there.
the Computer ONLY knows that test fails, NEVER why
and is never wrong.

Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0141 is defined by SAE J2012 as "O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2"

Most of the time, this is caused by the heating element in the O2 Sensor being burned out. However, there is a chance that there is a circuit malfunction elsewhere besides in the O2 Sensor itself.

I am getting codes p0141 and p0134, and I have replaced the sensor 1 upstream already
P0141 Heated o2 sensor. P0134 Heater 02 sensor circuit, These 02 sensor has a fuse in the engine junction box listed as IGN 1. This supplies 12volts to the heater circuit, check to make sure its not a open fuse. If you already replaced the sensors make sure you clear the code. or it will stay in memory.
