It's your "flasher" you need to replace.

Might not be the fuse at all. could be the flasher which is under the dash on the drivers side.

2004 Grand Am GT,Pontiac, My turn signal lights up to signal but doesn't blink and my flasher lights up and doesn't flash. Please advise

Your indicator relay has stopped working. You will need to replace the relay. If you have an owners workshop manual you can locate it yourself. Failing that ask on google for the location of the correct relay generally located in or near the fuse boxes, but can be located under the steering column. Make sure you know which is the correct relay as there maybe be the starter motor relay and others located nearby.
Good luck. S

My turn Signals are not working anymore what could be the problem and what is the Easiest way to fix it

We would need to know the make model and year, then what the problem is to advise on repairs.
I assume you have checked the turn signal fuse and it has power.

What make the turn signal stop blinking

check the lamps inside the turn signal housings on the side of the vehicle your trying to indicate........ie passenger side front and rear or driver side front and rear.

Also is it only one side, or both? when turn indicator is operated?
check fuse block to see if fuse is blown. owners manual will show a fuse box location and identify which fuse if for turn indicators

Where is the location and # of the turn signal fuse on a 2000 saturn L100?

Since it is both signals out a flasher may also be at fault. The flasher is located with the fuse box, located usually on left side of dash either on the end covered by the door panel(when closed) or near the feet kick panel or next to steering column. While I don't own your particular car this is what i can think of right now.

The signal lights or emergency lights do light up when turning on!!!

Without knowing the year/make/model, and without an owners manual, I can't really tell you which fuse. Check in your owners manual to see which fuse is for your 4-ways/hazard lights and turn signals. If you don't have the owners manual, check inside the cover of the fuse boxes as many cars will list what fuse is for what feature

I am trying to find part numbers. I have a Hyundai Elantra 2005. I need to know the radio fuse number, roof light fuse number and clock fuse number. All of them went out.

Am not sure whether you have the Hyundai Owners Manual. If you don't I find it very worthwhile. Section 6, the "do it yourself section" lists page 6-34 and 6-35 for fuse descriptions. Also on the cover of the fuse box in the car under the ash tray left of the driver is a pictogram, but in any case according to my manual radio and clock are both listed on the "audio" and is in the inner panel, the 10A at the top right(next to the spare). Don't know about your roof light - hope you don't take offense but assume you checked the switch just didn't get set wrong, but if it isn't solved by fixing that one, the manual lists RoomLP controlling the inside lights, which is in the bottom (shorter) row on the far right. Of course, this might not help but if it does I could possibly scan my owner's manual page and email it if you can't find one.

My turn signal quit working on my 2000 ford f250 v10, i dont have a owners manual to show me the fuse and flasher layouts. i was hoping to find a fuse panel layout. thanks for your help

Below is a diagram of the fuse panel inside the vehicle which has what you need. Since you mentioned that you don't have an owners manual. You can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model & year and I will be happy to email you a copy. Don't worry, no cost to you. I hope this helps you and good luck.
