I can not locate my icm for a '96 ford 4.6. i have police inc. i have foiund the cruz control mod. is the icm inside the comp? ron


1996 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L SFI 8cyl the Control Module-Ignition is located: Under hood, driver side, upper engine area, mounted on rear of fenderwell.

'96 ford Crown Victoria....No hazard or brake light no turn sigal


Sounds like the multifunction switch. Try working the hazard switch up and down a few times to see if you get some lights to work. If so then replace the switch.

Cruise control on my 96 Ford Crown Vic has stopped working. What should I check first?


I dont know if they had it in 96 but there is something called a speed control deactivation switch. Maybe check your owners manual about that.
