Question about 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
$100.00 I hope they did a Drive Cycle DTC test for that price, most places like Auto Zone scan for free and most auto shop charge $10.00 to $15.00 to scan since they want you business.
If you not sure what a Drive Cycle is here is a link for you to better understand on how GM scan there cars for everything. http://www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html This needs to be done on a dyno and would take up space to use the dyno which most place should have if they do emission testing which i can see $100.00 but there should be a DTC code on to why the Engine light is on.
