Wire conections not on right

I bought a hyundai car as is. and come to find out the wires to the care that help function all the lights have a shortage in it. but the mechanic said he couldnt fix it that i had to take it to an electrican. i dont know what to do. can u help me. Thanks

You need to find a mechanic that is familiar with electrical repair. sounds like your"mechanic" isnt very well trained. There are wiring diagrams for the electrical system that any well trained technician will be able to follow to diagnose your problem

    depends on the extent of the damage but it is a relatively simple system shouldnt be too bad. Finding a decent repair facility is your first step

What is the color sequence and their function? On wiring a trailer light adapter.


If it is a 4 wire connector Yellow is left blinker, Green is right blinker, White is ground, and Brown is taillights/brake lights.

I installed a 1987 monte carlo steering column in my 30 ford hot rod i need the color code of the wires so i can conect the directional signails up


H).l-blu wire connect to left front turn signal J).dk-blu wire connect to right front turn signals K).brown wire connect to hazard/flasher relay output L).purple wire conect to turn/flasher signal M). yellow wire connect to left rear stop hazard light N). dk-green wire connect to right rear stop/hazard light P) white wire connect to stop light swirch output

eithoe a burned out reley
bad fuses
a bad switch
or broken or bad conections
check fuses then conections then switch for power then releys

likely it is the wiring or the switch

I think I responded to your request before. Take it into a Hyundai Dealership and they'll diagnose it give you an estimate of repairs (parts, labor & tax)
Nuff said. OR you could go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle VIN) then you could check it yourself with the info you would have access to (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc.)

Engine fails to start sometimes


yep there are connected. Change the crankshaft sensor and you wont have anymore problems. It will cost you +- 150 euros.
