The car hasnt been driven for 2 weeks and now it wont start and it has a new battery.
It may ver well have a new battery, but a battery can lose its "juice" during a no-use period of two weeks. Try charging it with a charger or otherwise test to the new battery to make sure it is charged and not that it otherwise it is in good condition:
