Question about 2003 Nissan Altima
Would I be able to interchange a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5 transmission with a 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5 engine
The 2.5 and the 3.5 transmissions are the same except for the side cover where the output gears are. The 3.5 uses thicker gears. They were made in Decherd Tn. Also the bell housing is different. The starter for the 3.5 is mounted in the bell housing and the starter for the 2.5 is mounted to the block.
