The power windows receive power from circuit 30 amp breaker #1 in the fuse block. Power flows from the breaker to the master switch then to the doors and window motors.

Heater on 2001 dodge neon gets warm but will not blow air when turned on any speed, i have the resistor switch for the blower but cannot locate where it goes


Your blower motor should be up under the dash on the passenger side. You probably have an access point that you can take off and drop the motor out with little to no trouble. I'm pretty sure that your resistor will be located on the top of that motor.

check all you r fuses. There should be 2 sets, one under the hood and another in the passenger area(driver side under dash usually)

You need to first check all your fuses!

Question: Do the locks not work from the driver or the passenger switches, if they do not work from either switch then its a power or ground problem. If they do work from one of the switches then you need the switch that went bad.

Idler pulley wheel broke


Take it to the dealer it is a pain in the *** tto change yourself, you have to drop the motor down on the passenger side and take off the main bracket just to get to the pulley.
