note of caution...before investing money on sheetmetal on the outside, be really sure that the chassis is straight, otherwise you will have a nice looking car that does not go straight when you try and drive it. not a body guy, but usually unless entire quarter is completely stoved in, you can cut and section the damaged part. many companies offer partial pannels for that. (involves cutting, welding or riveting and some good bondo work.

The 1/4's are spot welded and replacement requires drilling out spot welds, being able to mig weld in new panels, grind, fill, prime, color match, paint, etc. There is a reason body shops get thousands of dollars for this work.

If you need to ask, it may beyond your capabilities.

Ive got a towed in right rear wheel on a 04 pt cruiser rear quarto wreck where more than likley should i start looking to get this wheel straight axle spindle watts link or complete rear end change

Unibody should be checked @ a body shop that has measuring system to check length, width, height. If thats good replace rear suspension then get vehicle aligned. It will be safe and won't wear out your tires prematurely.

Front seat belts dont retact

Unfortunately there is no quick fix. The coil springs are worn out and need to be replaced. you can get them at just about any auto parts supplier. Another good place to look is your local wrecking yard. Good luck! Please rate the solution if I was helpful. Thank you!

1999 civic won't turn over clicking noise under dash.

Likely needs a starter. But don't buy a new one. Go to a local remanufacture shop they may be able to fix the old one cheaply or failing that go to a wrecking yard and get a used one for cheap. Just do not go to a honda dealer they will charge you big bucks.
