1. Sit in the vehicle driver's seat.
2. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder.
3. Close all of the vehicle's doors.
4. Remove the MALL PGM fuse from the fuse panel. Or reset the fuse which controls your keyless remote.
5. Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the ACC position.
6. Turn the ignition lock cylinder OFF, then back to ACC within 1 second.
7. Open and then close any vehicle door. You will hear a chime when the
remote control door lock receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode. If
you do not hear a chime, start again at step 1.

This is an important fact here:

After 7 seconds, you may hear a chime confirming successful synchronization.
After approximately 14 seconds, you will hear a chime confirming successful
programming.

8. Press and hold the transmitter LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously for
14 seconds.
9. Repeat step 8 in order to program each additional transmitter.
10. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder.
11. Install the MALL PGM fuse back into the fuse panel.

This is important as well:
Once the keyless entry receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode, the
programming of the first transmitter erases all previous transmitter
programming information. You must then program all of the transmitters.
Program only 1 vehicle remote control door lock receiver at a time. If you
program multiple receivers simultaneously, the same transmitter could
possibly be programmed to more than 1 remote control door lock receiver

The fuse should be in your fuse block of your vehicle.

I just purchased a 94 lincoln continental and i cant open back passenger doors from outside..only inside...do i need to reset locks?

No it sounds like the lock linkage rods have come off, the plastic clips that hold then to the door latch from the door handle inside the door age and become brittle, then the lock release rod plastic end clip breaks. You will need to open up the door and remove the trim panles and replace those end clips, they are available from ford in right and left configurations.

Have verified that my newly purchased 03 kia sorento has remote keyless entry, but professional locksmith cannot get new remote to program. Remote is Bontec T009, pretty sure it is correct one. Could it be...

Yes the 03 and up sorento has a keyless remote entry, You do not need to reset the ECU, you however need to reprogram the remote trasmitter to your car so they communicate, otherwise it will never work if you do not program it. You will need to take this to a kia dealership with the remote transmitter. They may or may not charge you for a fee. However I did had a remote, and it became damaged when my kid drop it in the fish tank. I was able to get it done at the dealship, 35 for the remote, and 50 for service fee. I did however found some link referal to manually do it yourself, Please check this forum out http://www.kia-forums.com/2003-2010-sorento-forum/34549-remote-keyless-entry.html. For me, I did not bother, because I did not want to take the chance to mess up something else.

Lincoln keyless entry

On my 2007 Lincoln MKZ it's under the dash to the left of the steering wheel on a label just above the fuse box lid. There is a grey plug sort of in the way, but the plastic cover that the label is on has raised letters on it that says "SUPPLIER" on it.

I PURCHASED THIS 2004 AVIATOR USED WITH NO KEYLESS ENTRY CODE.

the keyless code is by the right rear door panel. open the door, remove the panel that's over the the seatbelt. after doing that open but you don't have just kind of stretch out and their you will find a black box or reciever with a sticker and a 5 digit code stamped on it. if you want to change the passcode refer to your manual, but you'll need the original code to be able to change it.
