it is not a out =put speed sensor. all transmission have 3 sensors on the valve body in the transmission. first one is the 1 and 2 shift sensor and the other is your 3 and 4 shift sensor and there is a pressure sensor , sounds to be your 3 and 4 with the pressure sensor

RPM high n everytime i shift then car speed keeps on going fast n i dont even step onto the accelerator so i can add more speed of stay on a constant speed

You have to change your clutch kit. I just had this issue and after changing it it runs smooth again.
Just to confirm, you shift gear up, your engine roars (goes up to 4000 or more RPM) but doesn't gain speed until few seconds later after the RPM is back to normal.
If so that's the clutch plate causing the issue.

DEFINITE LURCH IN 1ST AND 2ND GEAR,

This may apply. ...............................

Carry out the adaptation drive cycle road test:

Note: This process must be carried out in normal mode (not sports mode). On a flat road, the transmission fluid temperature must be above 60° C (140° f) and below 100° C (212° f) (vehicle at normal operating temperature will ensure that the transmission fluid temperature is above 60° C (140° f)).
9. Accelerate from rest with light throttle (do not exceed the upper rev limit in appendix 1). 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 shifts must occur with engine speed between the following limits:.
Note: Do not move the accelerator pedal during shifts.

• 3.0L VIN ALL 1800 - 2000 rpm
• 4.2L N/A Prior VIN M96321 1450 - 1600 rpm
• 4.2L N/A From VIN M963221550 - 1700 rpm

10. Continue to accelerate gently to 50 mph (80 km/h) so that transmission shifts into 5th gear.
11. Go into overrun and let the transmission shift down into 4th gear without braking.
12. Brake gently to a standstill and hold footbrake on for at least 15 seconds.
13. This process should be carried out at least five times.

Transmission 2-3 shift began to fail. Had transmission service (Oil and filter) performed, and 2-3 solenoid replaced. Shift problem is about same, error code reports solenoid problem again. Repair shop...

I am a 24 year ford master tech, and over the years we found the harness in the transmission was the cause and not the solonoid as you described, In rare cases the valve body was clogged back forcing the flow, My first bet is the harness INSIDE the transmission

My transmisson makes a weezing sound when im at low speed

You sure its the transmission? Wheezing sound is usually the catylitic converter becoming plugged. Also...at 3-5K rpm you are not idling, you are reving the engine...(in that case, trans may be slipping or flairing between shifts, unless the unit is staying in one gear and just delaying shift till you reach that rpm. actual shift point should be close to 2,000rpm) I'd check the cat first.

02 jeep grand cher. stays in 1st gear till 4500 rpm's before changing. I replaced the transmission speed sensor and it was fine for about 3 weeks then started it again. Would a shift solenoid sensor help...

Which trans do you have??? The 4.7 has the 45RFE and the 4.0 has the 42RE. If you have the 42RE, try replacing the connector on the output speed sensor. I have seen intermittent problems with the connectors as they get older leading to falling into low gear and not shifting up

Tranny drives good for a bit them it shifts hard.

On your transmission there is a transmission speed sensor (vehicle speed sensor). These do go bad sometimes. What happens is you are going along all happy at 60 mph but the info being transmitted by the sensor is incorrect and BAM you're not so happy anymore. This also puts a lot of additional wear and tear on the transmission. For this vehicle at Autozone you can buy the sensor I believe for around $40 and it is not that hard to change or maybe expect to pay maybe $40-60 to change (guesstimate)...hope this helps you.
