If you have a autozone near you and buy the bulb from them they will help install it for free and for the most part you open the hood and get your hand behind the headlight assembly and twist the socket and then pull out and the you have the old headlight out try this website if they have your car listed you be able to get pictures and diagram showing you how to install the headlight on your car and i hope i was able to help you Michigan Man.

Can't find high beam switch

The high /low beam actuator is the switch stalk itself. Either pull it back to the wheel to change beams each time or push it to the dash for one beam and back to the wheel for the other beam

My 91 New Yorker head lights work off and on. Now the brights are stuck on with no low beam and no signals. Any ideas? A short maybe in the signal handle?

No it sounds like a faulty turn signal switch. The entire lever controls turn signals and high beam dimmer switch.

Head lamp does not turn on, but bright light does in chrysler

It sounds like its a 'duel filiment' headlight; 2 separate filiments, 1 for highbeams & 1 for lowbeams. (Same as a brake light/directional bulb) Replace the headlight with a new one.
