Name ALL?
the brake is a simple switch
the parks are a relay, same is a switch. and both should work.
the blinkers are another matter.
some turn flashers (haz) work but others not
the ones that have a relay inside work
others are very sensitive to the current flow, will with LED every time.
the solution to that is buy LED rated flasher from the many aftermarket sources.
there are, PARK, FLASH , Hazards, TURN and REVERSE
WHAT WORKS and what don't???
park = tail= running (a.k.a.)

This sounds like a bad ground, remove the brake light sockets and remove the bulbs, take a look at the sockets and see if the socket is burt or melting, the most common problem is the socket goes bad and cant handle the brake and park lights at the same time , this is cause by a bad ground inside the socket, try cleaning the contacts in the socket and gentle prying them out to make a better contact to the bulb, also make sure there are no burnt marks on the contact terminals on the bulbs, good day
