You are having a misfire on your number 2 cylinder.  The first thing that you want to check is your spark plug and the wire that connect it to make sure the connection is good.  Check the plug to make sure that it is not fouled.  If both of those seem to be good I would next check the ignition coil pack to see if it is bad.  Another possible cause could be a faulty PCM or the wiring that runs from the PCM to ignition coil pack.  The only way to accurately trouble shoot the problem is with an oscilliscope and a diagnostic scanner.  Without these you have to kinda start at the top of the list and work your way down.  I would start with the plugs and let me know as you work your way down the list and we can help you on your way.  Good luck and thanks for letting me help you with your vehicle maintenance.  Thanks for an honest rating.  Please continue to use FixYa for future car troubles and let others know about the services available here!

Hello. Your issue will concern the wiring at the affected cylinders. I would examine all wiring and there respective connectors for worn or corroded contacts. Test all affected injectors that are mounted in the affected cylinders as well for defects or out of rhythm pulse. There may be some issues with the injection rate or injector functions, as well. Be sure to test the O2 sensors wiring harness for shorts at the connectors and entire strands that link the sensors to their respective locations. You should find the culprit in the areas stated above.

These are all cylinder misfire codes. I'd look at sparkplugs, coils and dirty injectors.

2003 Kia Spectra Loss of power during exceleration

Hi,
The air cleaner mighty be clogged causing insufficient air supply. That is why it runs fine on idle because less air is needed and when the engine demands for more air, there isn't enough.
