Question about 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Turns over fine but no spark too start. I changed the fuel pump and no go??? Could it be the computor and if so does it take long for the maintenance too install one??? but how do u really know...
You need to check the Distributor from where the cables start and end up at the plug. The distributor times the release of the spark to the plug from the induction coil. Remove any one end that is attatched to the plug, expose the naked wiere, hold 3 to 5 mm from the body of any metal part of the car and turn he ignition key. It should give out sparks, if it doesnt then the Distributors malfunctioned. If u can open the top just clean the electrical contact points with sandpaper to remove any deppositted carbon & refit evrything and try to start ur vehicle .If it doen't get that small contact arm replaced.........sodeep
