i did take apart the radio dash and it looks like everything is connected and no obvious broken wires. The radio still doesn't work, but on the bright side i now know how to take my stereo out, lol.

You can try pulling the radio out and seeing if the antenna is plugged into the back of the stereo. You could also wait until Best Buy or another car stereo shop has an add where they do a free install on a stereo you purchase from them.

check out this website it give you step by step directions on removal and installation.

This should be a very cheap fix.

First start with pulling out the radio and make sure the antenna wire is plugged in. The last owner might have had an aftermarket radio in it and when they put the factory one back, forgot a wire. To remove it remove the trim ring (two screws I think) and then the radio screws.

A salvage yard or ebay would have another stereo. Or you could install a aftermarket one, the choice is yours.

I replaced my steering column in my 98' Plymouth

It sounds like it's possibly an incompatability with options between the old and new components. Does your van have the security feature on it? If so, you may need to ensure that your replacement steering column comes from a vehicle that also had the security feature on it. Sounds a bit lame, but these things are so inter-wired with various components that replacing parts without the same options on it simply won't work.

I noticed the time was wrong on my am/ FM cassette. I didn't take the battery out, so that made no sense. Today my Radio doesn't work. Then the time lit up, yet the radio wouldn't play. Then the radio...

Hi

Firstly the radio fault, Sounds like a fuse or a wire to the back of the fuse box, I know you say you checked the fuses but the wires to the back can come loose over time. Also the wires to the back of the radio may have came loose. Most likely it will be the earth/ground wire that is not connecting correctly. have you tried jiggling the radio about gently to see if it comes on?

The other fault with the indicator / flasher will most likely be a bulb not working on the wing indicator or side repeater, once the bulb blows it will tick faster. failing that take a look at the relay.

Hope this heklps

Dan

Where is the PCM on a 98 plymouth voyager located

The pcm is located on the drivers side in behind the fuse/relay panel against the fenderwell. You will have to remove the screws holding the fuse/relay panel, and move it out of the way to get to the pcm if you decide to remove it. Make sure to disconnect the negative cable from the battery first before you do any type of work. Also make sure to ground yourself to the van body before you handle it. Without doing this will damage the pcm, (static electricity). hope this will help you.

None of the gauges will work on my 98 plymouth

This is because it is one of your main relay is bad. It is also part of the circuit that your starter is on.
This fuse panel is under the hood just to the left of the battery.

98 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER WONT START - BLOWS ENG FUSE - HELP

You have a shorted engine harness, this is not common but it does happen, heat and engine movement cause damage to the harness, this is most common on hi miler cars and vans, the only way to fix it is to start by looking anywhere the harness rubs, that is where the damage occurs.
