Try your local Autozone, Advanced AutoParts, or NAPA, any one of them should have either the KYB GR2 or Monroe strut replacement shocks for your car.

Will a 225/55/r17 tire fit on my 17 inch wheels for my 1995 toyota celica gt?

if you get a 225/45/17 probably but a 55 series is to tall it will rub or hit strut, unless you are using aftermarket adjustable struts.

Shutter noise after having front struts replaced

I think I would be looking at incorrect wheel bearing adjustment or brake calipher mount loose. There would have been no reason to touch the steering other than to undo the ball joints to allow strut removal

The liftgate will not stay open

{: ) The liftgate struts may have become weak. Check for signs of oil leakage on the struts. Better yet, replace the two liftgate struts.

Have had a cupping issue on the inside rear tires since I bought my 2004 Solara SLE new. Dealer says I have not rotated the tires frequently. That just delays the real issue. I am told struts and...

The dealer is right.Struts and bushings can have an effect on tires.Struts keep the tires in contact with the road, when the struts wear out,the tires start to bounce, but you may not notice it.I would start by having the struts checked and replace if need be.

I see you replacing 2-struts at $75 each (parts coming from PepBoys, Advance Autoparts, etc).
Installation at $75 for each strut.
Total would be $300 for parts and labor.

2001 Grand Prix SE 3.1V Struts / Replacement

Hello Struts!!!!
In response to your question regarding the is not necessary to replace the whole strut and spring assy when servicing a weak strut...unless the coil spring itself is incredibly weak or broken. You can remove the struts yourself and take them down to any auto repair shop so they can safely decompress the spring and install new struts.Be sure to inspect or replace your strut mounts with this same movement also. They become dry and start o crack with age and time. These are rubber mounted...that's why they tend to crack with time.If you have any other oncerns you are more than welcome to get a hold of me..HOPE I COULD HELP!!!

I have a 1989 Cadilac Fleetwood and want to replace the struts. How do I figure out if I have a luxury or sport suspension?

it would be in the option codes on the build tag if it is still there it would be in the glove box. It is really up to you what type of ride you would like. The struts will be the same physically it is what is inside the cylinders that will change the ride between the 2
