I have problems rolling up my driver's side window in My Audi TT 2001 Convertible. It stopped working for months, then suddenly did work today for a while. Unfortunately, window is half way up, but...

well it one of three things the window motor, the window regulator, or you intermindently have no power to that window, start by checking for power at the window switch and then if you have power there the check for pwer at the motor which will require you to remove the door pannel, and you test for power with a multimeter or test light you can get at any auto store. so if there is power, and you dont hear a binding, grinding noise the motor is bad but its a whole lot easier to replace the window motor and regulator at the same time

How to remove door pannel to replace power window motor

There are several screws to remove.
Pop out the power window switch board along with the plastic cover for the door lever. (There are screws behind both of those)
There is also a (Clip) on the iner portion of the door, near the hinge.

P.S. The motor comes attached to the regulator. The piece must be replaced as a whole.

Can't find power window reset switch on a 2001 sebring

Theres no reset switch, test the motor if all window are not working then check all your fuses.even the ones under the hood, most times the windows stop working its due to a bad window motor or the driver door window control switch, pop switch iut and check the connections.

I cant get the electric window to close on my 94 Grand Cherokee

you can take the door pannel off and put power to the window motor to get it to roll up. but it sounds like you have a bad master switch( this is the whole switch pannel with all the buttons on it located on the drivers door) go to .com to find a local junk yard that will have this part

All the power windows quit working, the fuse is not blown. i thought it may be motor but, all the windows quit working at the same time.

It's either a master fuse for the whole window system (if your car has that) or it's the switch module on the driver's door. All the window power is routed first to the driver's door, then out to the others. If your master switch on the driver's door dies, you'll lose all the window controls. Check fuses, and if they're OK, replace the driver's door switch panel. Once you do that, you should be fine.

Driver side window usually won't work - Usually....

you can but you would need to attempt to diagnose this problem when the vehicle is acting up. You would need to check for power and ground at the window motor/regulator assembly, they have a tendency to go through window switches and regulators so before changing both i would get a good test light. Wait for the problem to start and probe one of the wires while moving the switch up and down, if you dont get power at either direction its the switch, if you do its the regulator.
happy motoring
