My 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab heater won't shut off when I turn heater off and when truck isn't started and still stays on

Sounds like the HIGH fan relay is stuck in the ON position. Pull the relay and see if it goes off. It should. Then simply replace the relay. This relay should be located under the hood, in the black relay/fuse center.

My auxiliary power port on my 2006 chevy silverado 1500 is not working althoug the fuses are okay here's a picture the one on the left doesn't work

The front, bin, and console auxiliary power outlets receive power from the 20A AUX PWR FUSE in the underhood fuse block. If the front one does not work and the other two do, the front outlet may be defective.

We need to find the location of the "key on power"

Now if your refering to power for teh ignition switch then i would look inside the power distribution box under the bonnet near the battery and inside this box you should find some big 80 amp fuses or similar and these these fuses even if not blown could have corroded legs and contacts ,possible even the power cable coming from the battery could be corroded at the battery terminal .

Bucket seats with driver 1 and 2 memory and also seat warmer oh and the seat warmer does not work ever since.

Hi I'm not to clued up on 2004 silverado 1500 LT crew cab, obviously you'll check the fuse box & even replace the fuse wouldn't hurt giving it a try. Also try checking the electric motor for the seat. No cables lose or broken? Nothing jamming the seat? Is there any sound at all coming from the area where all the electrics are under the seat? Can you hear a motor straining?Just a few thoughts. Good luck
