That fuse also powers the even fuel injectors .
Even Ignition Coils and Even Fuel Injectors.
I would tell you to disconnect the fuel injectors an install a new fuse to see it blows then , if not shorted injector . If still blows then disconnect all the even coils an install a new fuse , if it doesn't blow then hook up coils one at a time till it blows ! Shorted coil same for the injectors . If the fuse still blows with all the coils an injectors disconnected , there is a short in the main B+ circuit for those components .

Fuse keeps blowing!

The fuel injection fuse should also power the injectors. If the fuse is blowing, I would think one of the injectors has shorted to ground.
Have you checked them ?

Fuel injector fuse is blown, keeps blowing. Engine turns but won't catch and start.

if the injector fuse is blown then the car won`t start as its not getting fuel into the motor to fire.if the fuse keeps blowing then you could have an injector/s that is drawing too much or the injector driver in the ecm may not be any good and needs replacing or a used could be a short some where in the wiring for the injector system that is going to ground.

I surmise you have a shorted fuel injector or injector driver transistor. The engine computer probably knows something is wrong and is not turning on the fuel pump relay as a safety measure. You will need a digital multimeter or a VOM to track down the problem.

Remove the EFI fuse, turn the ignition to ON, but don't start the engine. Measure the voltage between ground and each terminal of the EFI fuseholder. You will make the following tests at the terminal that does NOT have 12 Volts on it (fuse output). Turn off the ignition and disconnect the battery.

Measure the resistance from the fuse output terminal. It will probably be much less than 1 Ohm. The next thing is to check the fuel injectors. Disconnect the injectors one at a time and check the resistance . If the resistance suddenly increases substantially more on one injector than it does when the others are unplugged, you've found the culprit. Now you need to check the injector driver transistor. One of the wires to the injector is 12 V from the fuse output and the other goes to the transistor. Check the resistance to ground. If it is 0 or close to it, the transistor is fried, and the EFI module (or engine computer if it is contained there) will need to be repaired or replaced. Also, compare the resistance of the suspect injector with the others. If it is substantially less, the injector coil is bad (a failure in one part can ruin the other, so check both).

I will replce the fuse and it may last all day or one second . on my 1996 jeep cherokee [ the fuel injector fuse]

Sounds like there is either a wiring short somewhere between the injectors and the source. I would first trace the wire to see if there is any missing insulation or nicks. There is the possibility that some of the wiring is shorting to the body somewhere.

A bad injector can also blow the fuse. I would check the OBD codes (if you are not familiar, easiest way is to use the key trick to see if there are any indicating a fuel injector. (Key trick: turn ignition off, then cycle off-to-on (not accessory or start) 5 times and leave on on - do not start vehicle. Odometer will display codes, which can be looked up online).

I have A 1991 GMC SIERRA, 350,no fuel no spark, have fuel to the tbi, changed coil, ignition module, tested pick up coil good, check engine light comes on with key, fuses good. I'm running out of ideas....

Do you have power to the injectors? One of the wires to the injector will come on for a couple seconds as soon as you turn the key to the on position.The computer controls the ground side. If you do not get power to one of them start looking for an open circuit. The same power source will also go to your ignition coil and ignition module. If you do not have power on the pink wire to the coil apply a temporary fused battery power source to it and give it a try, this will also power up the injectors.

Fuel injecter fuse blow imeditaly when ignition turn on

sounds like a short in the wiring from the fuse and the fuel injector junction block. GM like most fuel injection systems control injector firing by the computer providing ground to each injector in pairs or individually. The fuel injector fuse provides power to the injectors using splices therefore enabling one wire to feed 6 injectors. A shorted wire at any of these wires will blow the fuse. On one rare incident I found a faulty computer caused the fuse to blow. A shorted injector will just cause a rough running problem due to the injector stuck either open or closed.

95 Grandprix will not start. Found the Fuel Injection fuse blown, Unplugged all injectors and fuse still blows. With ECM disconnected the fuse does not blow yet still has power

it will not blow when ECM is disconnected, cause there is no power to the injectors when you disconnect the ECM. When you turn ignition on check for fuel pressure at fuel rail. Release pressure at nipple on fuel rail. If no pressure exists puel pump is shot. If there is pressure your fuel filter might be plugged.
