On a 2000 pontiac grand am gt, headlights, radio and dashlights stay on after key is out of ignition. I tapped on fuse box under the hood and lights turned off. Happens again as soon as you turn key back...

A relay in that fuse box is sticking closed. Next time take the cover of the fuse box off and by the label inside it, try to identify the headlight relay. Tap that one or each relay in turn to identify the faulty one.

2002 pontiac grand prix gt. High beams are dimmer

A loose ground wire to the headlight will keep it dim,Or a headlight adjustment will bring the headlight up.If you can have your headlight turned on a garage door or something at night, and then watch as you change your headlights from low beam to high beam which ones are higher.the last thing to verify is that your high beam headlights are not the plastic lens type that turn dull which cuts the light power.

On my 1999 grand am se my parking lights come on but my headlights dont???? even my fog lights come on but no headlights

The sensor should be on the dash some where on the drivers side or in the middle. Check the fuse for the headlights then try the sensor.

Dashlights and temperature dash lights not working

Turn on your headlights and check to see if your taillights are working. They act as a fuse to your dashlights, its a safety thing
