Question about 2004 Ford Expedition
A/C air diverter does not turn off of defrost. Fan speeds work, rear air works but only defrost. Also the A/c in seats do not work. Checked all fuses but cant tell if the relay's are bad. Any help would be great.

SOURCE: Rear window defroster
you need to make sure the wires are on the glass on each side and there is no broken wires in the glass there is a repair kit at a auto store to fix if you have a volt meter test it and that way you can find the problem look for breaks in the wire in the glass and do not for get the wires on each side of the glass.

Make sure the heater core is in the open position by using the shut off valve and turning it to open. next, you may have a malfunction in the direction door the directs the air flow in the dash. a lever may have become lose or separated. may be a bad servo motor not directing the door to move to the heater position. i would start by checking that shut off valve first on the heater core.
