You more then likely have more then one issue. You can pull the plugs to see if the engine is hydra locked, It sounds like you lost power so check that the battery is still fully charged, check the connections at the battery, engine block, and starter. Sounds like something just got wet or it was a coincidence. I never suggest to anyone, the use of stop leak.

The starter will click but the engine wont turn over. this when you know the battery and starter is good but there is too much water, oil, or fuel inside the cylinders and it wont allow you to turn the engine over. By removing the spark plugs you can then crank the engine over, clearing the cylinders.

'94 Gmc Sonoma 4.3L Starts loosing Power and making weird Rattle Noise when reaching operating temperature. Also water tank looks like there is a bit oil in it. Could it be the cylinder head gasket?

Oil in the coolant is usually an intake manifold gasket problem on these engines. If a head gasket failure the engine will normally overheat and give erratic temp guage readings. Make sure the oil level is full. Is the rattle noise coming from the engine? Some times the exhaust (converter) will fail and the catylist will seperate causing a rattle noise from the exhaust and plug it up giving a no power situation

Look at the main power supply battery junction block . Fusible link's . Firewall driver side . These power up the whole vehicle . Do you have a voltmeter ,do you know how to use one to test B+ voltage ? Here is a web site for free wiring diagrams . http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make ,model and engine size . Under system click on electrical distribution ,under subsystem click on power distribution . Click the search button ,then the blue link's . Not trying to be a smart-A but you really need to take it to a well trusted repair shop . Head-work has to be done and head bolts replaced (NEW) and the head or heads propperly torqued

A flush is in order. The "chunky" coolent/antifreeze is a result of rust being picked up, usually from the radiator. At some point, it will damage the water pump so I'd flush the system. All the best!
