Question about 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier
I am looking for a fuze or a fuzeable link under the hood of my 1991 cavalier because while replaceing a starter in it I forgot to un hook the battery and sparked the wire. what should I do.
Fusable links are made of fine wires that will open if shorted out. To see if one is you must pull on the wire and stretch then some what. If its open the covering will stretch and break apart for the copper wiring is burnt . The covering or insulation around the wiring is made stronger than the wires itself so they will not melt down when a short happens
