The headlamp problem could be caused by a fault daytime running light module or relay. Check the relay first if it's ok then replace DRL. They can be expensive OEM new, so try your local Auto Recycle Yard.
As for the temp flucuation try replacing the thermostat first. If that doesn't help have a pressure test done on your coolant system, you may have a air lock or blockage.

Why won't the headlights turn on?

This vehicle has problems with the multifunction switch AND the hazard light switch. Try turning the switch on and move the hazard light switch back and forth up and down. If that's not it, I'd look at replacing the MFS. There is a TSB on the MFS, but typically for the brake lights not working. Look in this to go over the steps to take to diagnose also.

I have a 2002 dodge grand caravan the headlights. One works on dim and the other works on bright. I've replaced both headlights and it did not fix it. What do I do next?

Sounds like a wiring problem. You may need a repair book to track it all down. Could be a ground connection too.
The headlight switch sends power to the dimmer, then thru the body control module, then the high and low beam relays, then the four fuses, then the actual headlights. So you should have power on the low or high beam fuses depending on which way the dimmer switch is positioned.

Headlights shut off while driving at night

Electrical fault, either the wires are grounding out somewhere along the line or there's a bad connection at the headlight. Check behind your headlight where the harness connects to the bulb. There is likely a bad connection there, if you pull the games off you'll likely see some blackened spot on one of the connections. An easy fix is some aluminum around the spade connector of the bulb to insure a complete connection. Recommend you take the car to have the harness and or bulbs replaced though as the aluminum can be a very temporary fix.

Left headlight goes off, we wiggle wires to headlight and it sometimes\r\nwill work again. What could cause this

It is the electrical harness. Take it to Nissan and tell them it is the electrical harness. I was driven nuts for close to 2 years trying to figure out the problem while fuses and headlights were blowing. It turned out to be a severed fillament in the electrical harness.

Head lamps on 2004 impala went out have parking lights no blown fuses

There are relays for the head lights, but see if the bright lights work also, the bulbs maybe blown, not uncommon for both to blow, then there is the headlight switch,if the brights do not work,it is most likely the headlight switch giving the problem.

When i put my brights on my headlights go out

Replace your headlights. Your brights are no longer working. There are 2 sets of lights in each headlight. One set for your dims and one set for your brights. It is time to replace the lights.

This is cuased by the multifuntion switch that is located on the steering column. It is the swith with the headlight dimmers on it.

You just need to remove the steering column bezels and replace the multifunction switch.
