Question about 2001 Chevrolet Blazer
Felt like running out of gas step on gas took off did it again just shout off now just wont start up
Your fuel filter may need to be replaced if it's to the end of it's life and is plugged up with dirt. Change the fuel filter first and see if that is the cause of the problem, it's cheaper and easy to replace.
If your going to have it replaced at a garage, have then check the fuel pressure. The fuel pump on the jimmy's also have a life time on them to as to how long they last, there electric fuel pump and the only thing that cools then off is the amount of fuel in the gas tank and if most of the time the gas tank has less then 1/4 of gas then the fuel pump runs hotter then a gas tank closer to being full.
Hope this help and good luck.
