Question about 1994 Honda Passport
It's me again, last weekend I finally got my leak fixed on my 94 Honda Passport, the final replacement items were: replace intake gasket set, uper plenum gasket, lower manifold gasket and by pass pipe o-ring. the problem I'm having now is that when I accelerate or put my car in reverse, it tends to vibrate or sput when I drive. I've taken it back twice and advise the problem. First the mechanic thought it was the spark plugs, replaced them, still the issue remained. Then I advised them it was the same issue, took it back, I was advised it was a pinched wire, those were replaced as well. I'm still having the issue..Please tell me what the problem is? I'm in process of writing a letter. Is this a vacuum hose or something?????
You may have some timing issue with the ignition or valves. i would have the timing chain/belt checked for ware. i also recommend running a scan on the ecm for stored codes that may be saved or locked for some reason. check the crank sensor housing for lose wires as well.
