ASD is in the engine compartment fuse block.

The pump relay should be there also. Check your fuse panel in the truck though.

Fuses, Relays & Circuit Breakers The fuse panel box is to the right of the glove box with the glove box door opened or beneath the instrument panel (dashboard) on 1989-93 models.

There are 4 relays mounted on Drivers side fender under hood. Near hood hinge area. Counting from the front it should be the second relay. They are not always installed in the correct order. It should also be the smaller relay in size.

It is possible that the ASD (Auto Shut Down Relay) has gone bad. The ASD provides signal/power to the fuel pump and to the engine coils. It is usually located in the fuse box under the hood. The fuse box cover should indicate it's location. The ASD is often a square relay and there may other such relays that look the same and have the same configuration of pins in the fuse box. If so, one may be the horn relay. Often relocating one of the other nonessential relays (horn relay) to the ASD position will allow the engine to start. If so, replace the old ASD relay.

91Dodge Dakota fuel pump relay location
I looked at your wiring diagram, the asd relay supplies voltage to fuel pump and several other systems. Do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking? I'm just trying to find out if you have more than one problem? The picture is power distribution center, under the hood, number 3 in the circle shows to be asd relay.

Dodge does not use a fuel pump cutoff switch, that is Ford and Mazda, and that is is on triggered on impact that exceeds 3 G's. You have what is called and ASD fuel pump shut off relay, it is also triggered in a crash. The ASD is locate in the underhood fuse and relay center. Refer to the owner's manual for location.

Where is the asd relay on a 2001 Dodge Durango 4.7L? My Durango ran fine then would not start at all it cranks but won't turn over, We have tested the fuses and other relays and they are all working fine,...
The PCM has 3 connectors plugged into it. Try wiggling each connector and listen for a clicking sound, starting with the connector furthest from the front of the durango, and the middle connector with a white top.
If this doesn't help, replace your PCM.
