Question about 2004 Lexus ES 330
The 6 CD changer stopped. And not discovered for 6 mos after Satellite installed by Best Buy, so guessing they unplugged changer from dash unit, but can't access it. Must be a way to remove the front plastic piece around the nav. HOW?
If you have the bill go back to Best Buy. The installers should not render factory equipment useless because they made a mistake in installation. The fact they unplugged the changer is proof they knew they messed up. The navigation unit should have a serial # and it should be on their records. If you get a hassle, direct them to your listing here at Fixya. The more people read this the worst Best Buy looks.
