SOURCE: Sunroof Drain Tube
You have to remove the interior trim panels to allow you to pull down the corners of the headliner. Once you can see the sunroof track you will be able to see where the drains attach and hook them back up.

SOURCE: sunroof leaks
Use bicycle spoke or anything similar, pour in some water and thn poke it slowly through the tube and you will feel the choked dust give away, you may need a longer rod kinda thing say a CCM gas weilding rod would work out best as its longer in lenght and about 3mm in diameter.
Hope this helps!

Testimonial: "This helps, but where are the tubes located?"
SOURCE: How do i clear water tube drain
Compressed air works great. You will need an attachment on the air line with a 'trigger' to turn air on. Garages and dealers would have this, do you know anyone with a compressor? I've done a couple of times, works great.
