If you meant the front headlights, there are the standard bolts to undo on the front of the headlights (accessed with the bonnet up) but there is a "secret" bolt that you need to access from inside the wheel arch at the rear of each headlight to allow you to remove the headlight casings and replace the bulbs.

I got a tmaxx and it won't even turn over when I put the starter on the battery is fully charged what could be the problem

Tons of possibilities. If the engine does not turn, try turning on the headlamps, then crank it and see if the lights dim way down or go out. If they dim, probably have a bad connection at the battery terminals. If no dimming and no click from the solenoid, could be a blown fusible link, bad solenoid, bad ignition switch, bad neutral safety switch. If it clicks and lights dim, replace solenoid.

I have a the dim head light out. what do I have to do to put a new light in? what needs to be taken apart, and can I do it myself?

If the head light is just dim, open the fuse box and you'll find one of the fuses for the head lights has blown. Replace that and it'll work correctly.

Headlights work on bright but not on dim

The dim ones are the parklights..........just a few questions first before diagnosing......when you put the switch to have no lights on ???? is the back lights on, number plate lights ??????..if not, could be the fuse blown for that cicuit......or get this....2 x blown globes...i have had this before......both globes dont work, and i diagnose for 2 hours, and find that I have both globes blown....because 1 globe does 2 circuits, the bright ones could work, but the parklights fail.......

My Hyundai sonata 1997 model it has got one of its head lamps so dim and dull then i used to think that its the halogen spot lamp itself that needs replacement then i replaced it with a knew one but there...

check to see if you have seperate fuses for each headlight. Some cars do I have seen a blown fuse make a headlight dim. If not check the wiring harness that goes to that headlight to see if any of the ground wires from that harness to body ground has lost contact, Hope this helps, Leave comment.

Dim lights arent working, brights come on just fine, how do i fix it were the dim lights will come on too

The most likely reason is a blown fuse on the low beam circuit. Check your fuse box. The names of each fuse should be on the box lid, or in your owners manual. If the fuse blows again imediately it's replaced, you have a short in the wiring which will have to be tracked down by an auto electrician.

2002 Volkswagen Cabrio- No low beam headlights

you prob haven't used your lights all summer, I have seen this on more than one occassion, you are correct in your assumption, both you dim bulbs have blown. Both head and dim lights are in the same bulb, but head is working and dim is gone. If you take out one of the bubs you should be able to check it
