I was just needing to know how many signal lights blink on the rear of 1997 f800 Ford dump trucks

As far as turn signals, only one is required to blink when turning each direction. (Right or left)
These trucks did not come from the factory with dump bodies on them, the bodies and rear lights were installed by a "supplier", so each could have had an extra one or two depending on who installed them.

Check the heaters first make sure their all working ,could have half of them failed this will cause the bad starting .
