look for a small slot in the top of the backing plate ( plugged up with a rubber block). Inside there will be small notched wheel that screws a threaded bar . Because of the conditions of the backing plate some manufacturers put the hole in the drum behind the wheel meaning the wheel has to be removed first.
The headlamps are adjusted by a wheel which can be operated by aphillips screwdriver. There's a hole in the top of the headlamphousing or radiator support which leads to the wheel with little teethon it on the back of the headlamp. The lamps on your car emit a veryshort but wide beam, so no horizontal adjustment should be needed.
This will require you to take the center console out for a better view and to more easily access and adjust the hand brake.
the book is correct it is under the hand brake itself and very easy to adjust once you get the console out of the way its held in by screws and you will have to take it totaly out.
you need two wrenches to adjust the parking brake and that's it.. remember to leave it in the down position when adjusting it and pull it up after about every 3 full turns turns just to check to see how tight you have it. you don't want to over tighten it the emergency brake will be on all the time and wear out the brake pads. this sounds harder than it really is. the hardest part of the whole thing is getting the console out of the way once that is done you will be able to see how its done
all cars have self adjusters these adjust them selves, but they do not always work, one trick is too hold your finger on the button and back up slow while pulling up and down on the handle, do it quick, on and off repeatedly like 50 times, but keep in mind you may have strecthed cables too which may need adjusting as well
