SOURCE: 2001 isuzu rodeo rear seat
Just Pull the straps that lie in between the seats. Not the seat belts but there are two straps. Pull them, pull the seat up from toward the seat back, pull out the headrests and lower the seat back. The seat cushion should/ bench seat should lie up against thge two front seats.

You can either remove the four bolts holding down rear seat, or if you have the handle type that just pull up and pull back to remove.
