Why would my Aerostart j5f-tx2000 remote key fob not transmitting

I would suspect it needs the power cell in the key fob replaced.
It may have enough electricity left to work the little LED indicator but not enough to transmit. If this is the fob you use most of the time it would make since that the battery would be depleted before the other just because of the higher use.

Replacing the battery cell in the fob is what I would try first.

Reprogram astrostart j5f tx2000

Get under the dash or where the unit is located.
You will see 8 or 9 dip switches on the unit with an LED beside them.
Turn switch 1 and 8 on.
Press and release the brake. (LED will flash)
Press and hold start button on remote. (LED will flash and parklights will flash once.
Turn switch 1 and 8 to off.
Press and release the brake (LED will flash once)
In future would be a good idea to supply vehicle details etc as can sometimes be a known condition , that saves time looking it up , good luck

Why does my remote car starter turn off automaticaly two seconds after i remote start it? All other features work propperly. It even starts when i push the button. Unfortunately it turns itself off again...

You should consult the manufacture of the remote start unit. Search the web for what ever brand it is and they all usually have a downloadable manual. It may be a setting or a malfuntioning unit.
