1992 Camry hard start, and when accelerating wants to stall
Hi I have a 1992 Camry 2.2L 4 cyl. (I cant post it as anything else but a V6 for some reason) I was driving the other day (having no problems what-so-ever) and all of a sudden, the car lost all acceleration...felt like the engine was dragging and RPM dropped almost to zero..when I let off the accelerator RPM would return to normal and when I resumed acceleration it would be fine for another 15mph then do the same thing...it was almost like the parking brake was on (but it WASN'T, ha I'm not an old lady who is forgetful) So I parked it and the next day I tried to start it and it would not. So I replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I ohmed out the ignition coil and pick up coil, both checked out, same with ignition module. Fuel injectors are pulsing, and it is getting fuel... I checked the air filter and fuel pump and filter are fairly new. after replacing all of that I got it running again...but it does the same thing when accelerating...then after I park it for awhile it doesnt want to start again. Timing is correct, but it does seem to have a intermitten misfire while idling...the exhaust system is new so its unlikely a clogged cat...the transmission is good..I've tried everything and consulted a few master technicians and they have no other ideas...besides a TPS sensor I dont know...please help me before I set this car on fire

First give a good clean up to the MAF MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR , with carburator cleaner again if you did not do that. then change thr TPS,
then look inside the distributor and see if it is dirty .
change fuel filter , you might have picked up a bad batch of fuel.did you clean the egr carbon build up in throttle body Vitally

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Your car should normally idle at about 700-750 RPM. You said that yours was at about 1000-1500, that is waaay to high. If you have a leak somewhere in the system the car will draw in extra air and it will want to idle much higher and will also be very erratic and hard to drive.
the fuel must be adjusted ,it loses the torque, when press the accelerator ,the engine need more torque when moving the car on 1st gear, compare on the motorway, check for the fuel man ,this will affect the engine on long period
