Question about 2005 Pontiac Vibe
Power window will not roll up on driver's side
Swop the switch with the one for the passenger side and see if that sends the window up, if yes replace the switch. If not the door card will need to be removed to check the motor and the power supply

Do you hear any humming when the button is pushed? or any noises? If you do, then the Regulator is broken, and will need replacement. I would recommend getting the part from the dealer, Aftermarket China parts are ****. (dorman)
