Park or moving.? both
hot engine or cold or both?
we can go as far as you want, ask. 03 corolla.

what engine, but ive asked 4000 times, now, and zero answers.
no own knows, it seems whats under that hood,
do tell. at least you know its and o3.

do answer as it is dangerous car moving, id not drive it.

btw , this is called idle controls.
and is the last thing on any EFI engine to work right.
on new cars its the first to fail due to Throttle by wire BS.

the idle controls can fail for fuel mix wrong, or vacuum leaks.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

03 corolla petrol revs up on its own when idling and then settles down again

R u start the car in cold morning or any cold condition? If so, it is normal revs up itself. Sometimes I see some cars revs up to 2000 rpm for 2 to 5 mins, then drop down to 1000 rpm.
