Hi! May I asked when did you purchase the PCM? Eventhough the PCM is new it is not free from failures. That's the downside on buying new PCM, sometimes it doesn't work right. I suggest that you have it replaced or resetted.

SOURCE: My Gauge cluster went koo-koo...
Hi...electrical problems could be a nightmare and I am not an expert in that side of the field but when things go "koo koo" like that it usually turns out to be one of two things in my experience. (1) Bad Ground...maybe ground terminal is loose on battery, or bad ground wire from engine to chassis. (2) Your computer has lost it's marbles and needs to be reset or replaced. You can try to reset it by disconnecting the ground cable from the battery for at least 15 minutes. You also might want to take it to your local AutoZone store and ask them to check your computer codes...they do not charge a fee for it.
Hope it helps and wish you the best,

SOURCE: Overheating problem
i had something similar once, it ended up being the intake radiator hose, it has a metal coil inside, mine was broken and when you revved the motor it would **** the hose shut and overheat, but under 2000 rpm it was fine .
