ABS, Traction, And Brakes Service Problems

The other day i was driving my 2004 pontiac grand prix and the abs, traction, and brake light came on saying to service..never had any problems until now..when they came on it was a rainning day.so i was wondering with all the rain we been having if the weather could have caused it to set it off,or could have put a short in the wires because it comes an goes, or could have the wires somehow came lose..had someone hook it up to a computer and its saying "right rear solenoid".
so how would i check the wires and where do i get started at??

I have had my 2004 Grand Prix serviced twice for the same thing. They said it must be a sensor so I've ignored it. Now I cannot press down on the brakes easily. They are locked. I'm getting second thoughts on this car.

The brakes on my 2004 Gran Prix make a squeal and the petal goes to the floor when I stop sometimes and then while attempting to drive to work they were doing it none stop. Then the ABS light came on along...

Hi , Sounds like you need new pads on the front. That squealing is a indicator that th brakes need to be replaced. Also you need to check the computer codes for your brakes system. Go to a repair shop for that. Good luck.

Abs and traction control lights coming on

Its the abs sensor, if you encounter an ice patch or snow you won't even be able to stop because the pedal will will push back and make the rip grind noise. If you pull the ABS fuse out, you won't have ABS but you can stop and you won't have the grind noise and back pressure for now. Its safer to not have ABS when the sensor is faulty.
