Have the radiator checked first, water pumps usually leak when they go bad.with the engine warm and the car off see if the radiator is warm all over or do you have cold spots, get back to me if you need more help as i strive to be the best

I also have same sort of issue, but i recently replaced the thermostat, water pump isnt leaking however the lights on the message centre keep going on and off and the trac off light blinks with the signal blinker, the car is acting up like its an electrical problem, as well my cooling controls are off and on all the time, the blower fan wont turn off unless i take out fuse. can someone try and help ?

I have the same issue with my 96. It would be great to know they were connected.

Also, the radiator was recently replaced, and the thermostat and no leaks that I can find.

Replaced radiater ,thermastat still no heat and

Did you run engine from cold, WITH HEATER ON, and fill cap off when re-filling system? If not, try that and see what happens. Let the engine get up to operating temperature and rad fan come on to cool 2 or 3 times before putting cap back on.
