sounds like a problem with the air flow system. There should be a MAP sensor that needs to be cleaned. It may only need an air filter as sometimes bugs and dirt can build up inside the housing. Of course if it is a fuel problem and there is no fuel filter and anything is able to get through to the motor you may be giving your injectors a dirty beating that they don't deserve. Get a fuel filter on stat. If you've put new spark plugs and rotor on did you hapent to look at the distibutors points? They should have at least been cleaned and look nice and shiny. Did you gap those plug to specification? There are quite a few things that can cause your particular problems... Wires play big rolls also....

What's your question?my mazda rustler 1600 carb bakkie mist when I start it and has a ping sound like a tappet when I rev it.it has no power when I drive it.can't even drive up a small hill

check the ignition timing as I suspect that it is too far advanced
also check the carby for correct air fuel ratio
( float level)
pinging or detonation ( correct definition) is cause by spontaneous combustion of the fuel mixture that is on the lean side or spark too far advanced
it is damaging to the motor with sever enough with burnt valves and melted piston crowns as a result

Fuel does not come from the tank on amazda rustler bakkie 160i 2001 model hence the car cannot start

Either your fuel pump has died, make sure you check all fuses and wiring for shorts, or the screen on the pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned. Most likely the pump needs replaced and the t ank will have to be lowered to acces the pump.

I have replace the clutch on my rustler but it

Bleed the hydraulic system. Check the hydraulic lines, it could be swelling, Did you change the pilot bearing as well? If it was removed and not replaced, there will be a hard vibration.
